Rose Paulino
Rose Paulino is the Founder, Owner, and Creative Director of Blossoming Dreamers Academy. With a deep passion for early childhood development and the arts, Rose founded BDA with the vision of creating a nurturing, inspiring environment where children can grow academically, emotionally, and creatively.
Rose brings a hands-on, design-led approach to early learning—thoughtfully blending education with visual arts, music, movement, and imaginative play. Her leadership focuses on building a warm, high-quality program that supports children, families, and educators alike. As both a mother and creative entrepreneur, Rose is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive space where every child is encouraged to dream, explore, and become a confident learner.
Lauren Lubrano
Lauren Lubrano is our 1–2 Year Old Teacher who brings a calm, nurturing presence to the classroom. With a background in psychology and early childhood education, she supports toddlers as they develop confidence, communication skills, and independence in a safe and loving environment.
Nicole Gonzalez
Nicole Gonzalez Aguirre is a bilingual educator and support team member who brings patience, structure, and strong communication skills to our learning environment. With several years of experience teaching English to children and young adults, Nicole is especially skilled at supporting language development, early communication, and confidence-building in the classroom.
Hirono Wietzel
Hirono Wietzel is a dedicated military spouse and mother who brings patience, warmth, and a strong desire to learn to our childcare team. As the mom of a two-year-old daughter, Hirono understands the importance of nurturing routines, safety, and emotional support during the early years of development.
Ramira Anderson
Ramira Anderson is a caring and dependable childcare team member who brings a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility to our program. With hands-on experience working with children in a summer camp setting, Ramira supports daily classroom routines, supervision, and engagement with care and attentiveness.
